Having spent the past 20 years working in the property field, originally as a mortgage broker and then the last 10 years as an estate agent, I feel I have seen the very best, and the very worst, the industry has to offer. My previous role was Associate Director for a major London based high street brand in Elmbridge during which time my office was voted as ‘Best Surrey Agent’ at the largest estate agency awards in the country, all based on votes and feedback from clients and buyers we had dealt with. I am proud of this achievement and fully realise that customer service is key to a successful long term business. I have no targets put upon me, no head office costs to pay, no reams of paperwork to complete each month and no company meetings to attend. I am free to give the my clients the best advice, a service that is guaranteed and what I believe are the best fee arrangements on offer.
During my time marketing and selling homes from £125,000 to £8,000,000 I realised that, free from the restrictions of corporate life, I could offer clients an even greater service providing honest, transparent advice 7 days a week. My aim is to build long term relationships and to offer sound, professional advice in a friendly manner.
I want to work in partnership with my clients in order for them to achieve the very best price for their homes and to unlock the true value. The process can sometimes be stressful but usually only when expectations are set too high and timescales not met. I can guarantee that I will never lose sight of the fact that it is your property and your future that I am dealing with.
