With our nil excess rent guarantee and legal service, you will be covered in the event the tenant defaults and/or breaches the tenancy agreement.

12) Quick Tenant Find Guarantee

The majority of our properties will let within 14 days, however such is our confidence, that if we don’t secure a new tenant under our full management service within 30 days, you will not pay a tenant find fee.
