Thorough referencing is undertaken to ensure that only the best tenants are considered for your property. To achieve this, we carry out credit checks, right to rent checks, check financial suitability and obtain a detailed reference from their existing and previous Landlords.

7) Six Months’ FREE Rent Guarantee and Legal Service

With our nil excess rent guarantee and legal service, you will be covered in the event the tenant defaults and/or breaches the tenancy agreement.

As standard all policies include:

  • Nil Excess
  • Payable until vacant possession
  • Cover limit of £2500 rent per calendar month
  • Total claims limit of £50,000
  • Upon accepting a claim the insurers will seek repossession of the property at their own expense
  • Legal cover in respect of the repossession

11) Maintenance & Legal

Propertynest understands the importance of working with reliable and trustworthy suppliers. Should a maintenance charge apply, we do not uplift charges on what a supplier has charged however instead ensure that the most competitive rates have been negotiated for our Landlords. Should you wish us to use specific contractors, then this will be clearly noted and in all cases, we would advise you of any required maintenance work.
